Quality has changed

I've used jadore for about 10 years. On myself & my clients.
The quality of the hair has changed.
Hair becoming matted & feeling dry very quickly even with the proper care management taken. I used to be able to get a few move ups before needing to replace unfortunately am needing to purchase new hair more frequently. This last lot became dry within a week.
