Every strand of Jadore hair is crafted from premium, 100% human cuticle‑aligned hair, chosen for lasting beauty and performance. We've perfected our formulations to protect, hydrate, and maintain Remy hair integrity and ensure your investment performs as beautifully as it looks.
When cared for exclusively with the Jadore Hair Signature Care Trio System, your extensions remain under our 9‑month Wear & Care Guarantee from the delivery date.
Jadore Wear and Care will only activate if Jadore aftercare hair products are purchased and used throughout the duration of the 9 months. This must include consistent use of the Jadore Luxury Boost Shampoo, Jadore Intense Moisture Repair Conditioner and the Jadore Intense Moisture Hydrating Mask.
What We Cover
Your 9-Month Quality Guarantee Covers:
Matting, Breakage & Shedding
Matting, breakage, shedding, tip breakdown, or severe tangling when Jadore Hair Care has been used exclusively.
Manufacturing Concerns
Manufacturing concerns, including faults with clip components.
Professional Application
Tape, weft, and bonded extensions that have been professionally applied using Jadore tape and beads.
Exclusion: Colour Fade & Processing Damage.
All other colour fading or processing‑related damage is excluded under the Jadore Wear & Care Guarantee, as these issues typically result from excessive heat, non‑recommended colour services or user or stylist‑applied chemical processes.
Requirements
To Keep Your Guarantee Active:
Use only the Jadore Signature Care Trio Range.
Using products outside this range will void your warranty. Many shampoos and conditioners contain protein, sulphates, keratin, or high alcohol levels, all of which can damage extensions. Retain evidence of your purchases to quickly verify if needed. The Jadore Signature Care Trio Range consists of the following products: Luxury Boost Shampoo, Intense Moisture Repair Conditioner and the Intense Moisture Hydrating Mask.
Follow the official Jadore Maintenance & Care Guide for washing, drying, brushing, and styling.
Limit washing your hair to 1-2 x per week & never use heat tools above 180 degrees.
Do not apply or treat the extensions using non‑recommended methods.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper application, incorrect tools, or unsuitable styling techniques.
Extensions must never be bleached or lightened.
Adding depth or darkening is permitted only when performed by a qualified professional.
Colour fading and processing damage are excluded.
These issues are typically caused by excessive heat or non‑recommended colour services performed by the user or stylist.
Making a Claim
How to submit guarantee claim:
Contact our Customer Care Team on info@jadorehairsupplies.com.au with:
- Your order number.
- Evidence of your clients purchases of Jadore Hair Care products.
- A short report about your experience and pictures of the hair extensions.
Our team will assess the report and to determine if it is a manufacturing fault or under the inclusion of our guarantee. We retain the right to request a return of the hair to our headquarters for assessment.

Our extensions are crafted with healthy donor purchased hair, which means we are confidently guaranteed that they will not experience excessive knotting for a long period of time, but only when the correct products are used. Human hair extensions need especially formulated ingredients to hydrate and moisturise them, with no proteins as this simply overstrengthens and damages them.
