When your client is placed on the Jadore Wear & Care programme, they unlock 270 days of guaranteed quality, softness and tangle‑free wear, protecting their investment, supporting your reputation, and giving you a powerful new reason to recommend Jadore.

Every strand of Jadore hair is 100% double‑drawn Remy human hair, cuticle‑correct and ethically sourced from paid donors, chosen for lasting beauty and performance. Our care formulations are made to protect, hydrate and maintain that integrity, so your client’s investment performs as beautifully as it looks.
When cared for exclusively with the Jadore Signature Care Trio or the Hadrill Signature Ritual, the extensions remain under our 9‑month Wear & Care Guarantee from the date of delivery.
The guarantee activates only where a complete three‑step care system is purchased and used for the full nine months.

The guarantee is activated by continuous use of a complete three‑step system from either of our professional ranges. Both are protein‑free, sulphate‑free, paraben‑free, keratin‑free and extension‑safe.

Fully Interchangeable
The two ranges may be used interchangeably. Your client can follow either ritual on its own, or mix the two across the three steps. The 9‑month Wear & Care Guarantee stands either way, provided every step is covered by a Jadore or Hadrill product for the full nine months.
What We Cover
Your 9‑month guarantee covers
Matting, breakage & shedding
Matting, breakage, shedding, tip breakdown or severe tangling, where an approved Jadore or Hadrill care system has been used exclusively.
Manufacturing concerns
Manufacturing faults across the range, including faults with clip components.
Professional application
Tape, weft and bonded extensions that have been professionally applied using Jadore tape and beads.
Not covered: colour fade & processing damage
Colour fading and processing‑related damage sit outside the Wear & Care Guarantee. These issues typically result from excessive heat, non‑recommended colour services, or chemical processes applied by the stylist or the client.
Requirements
To keep the guarantee active
Use only the Jadore Signature Care Trio or the Hadrill Signature Ritual.
Products outside these two ranges will void the guarantee. Many shampoos and conditioners contain protein, sulphates, keratin or high alcohol levels, all of which damage extensions. The two ranges may be mixed freely, but all three steps must be covered. Ask your client to retain proof of purchase so a claim can be verified quickly.

Washing, drying, brushing and styling should all follow the guide supplied with the extensions.
Wash once or twice a week, and never use heat tools above 180°C.
Do not apply or treat the extensions using non‑recommended methods.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper application, incorrect tools or unsuitable styling techniques.
Extensions must never be bleached or lightened.
Adding depth or darkening is permitted only when performed by a qualified professional.
Making a Claim
How to submit a claim
Email our Customer Care team at info@jadorehairsupplies.com.au with:
- Your order number.
- Your client’s proof of purchase for the Jadore or Hadrill care products.
- A short report of their experience, with photographs of the extensions.
Our team will assess the report to determine whether the concern is a manufacturing fault or otherwise falls within the guarantee. We reserve the right to request that the hair be returned to our head office for assessment.
The Science
Why nine months?
Our extensions are made from healthy, ethically sourced donor hair, so we can confidently guarantee they will resist excessive knotting over a long period, provided the correct products are used throughout.
Human hair extensions need specially formulated ingredients to hydrate and moisturise. Both approved ranges are protein‑free by design: protein over‑strengthens the hair shaft and, over time, leaves it brittle.
